2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

4. OUR PRODUCTS
Laknco Fragrance sells 100% genuine, authentic designer and niche fragrances sourced through authorised supply channels. We do not sell counterfeit, grey-market, or inauthentic goods. We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including fragrance family, notes, size, and concentration. Please be aware that fragrance perception is subjective and may vary from person to person.
5. PRICING
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Prices are correct at the time of display and may change without notice. The price you pay is confirmed in your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will contact you before processing your order if an error is found.
6. ORDERS AND CONTRACT
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email. The contract between you and Laknco Fragrance is formed at that point. We reserve the right to decline any order, for example if a product is out of stock or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we decline your order, you will receive a full refund within 5 working days.
7. PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS compliant. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy which forms part of these Terms. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, adverse weather, or events outside our reasonable control.
9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms, and in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
10. AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
All fragrances sold by Laknco Fragrance are 100% genuine. We source our products through authorised and reputable supply chains. If you receive a product you believe to be inauthentic, contact us immediately at laknco1@gmail.com and we will investigate and resolve your concern as a priority.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on laknco.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is the intellectual property of Laknco Fragrance or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission. Third-party brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Laknco Fragrance shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, loss of profit, revenue, or goodwill, or losses not caused by our breach. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also have the right to seek resolution through UK consumer dispute resolution schemes.
