RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

At Laknco Fragrance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are committed to making your experience straightforward and risk-free.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHT TO CANCEL
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This applies regardless of whether an item is purchased at full price or on sale.

OUR EXTENDED 30-DAY RETURNS POLICY
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns policy on all items that are unused, unopened, in original sealed packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been opened or used, unless the item is faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Email laknco1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within 1 working day with return authorisation.
3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging.
4. Post to: Laknco Fragrance Returns, 70 Queens Road, London, E17 8QP.
5. We recommend tracked postage as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Do not send items back without return authorisation. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described: we cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label. For change-of-mind returns: return shipping is your responsibility. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 3 working days. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 working days. Allow a further 3-5 working days for your bank to process the refund.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at laknco1@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange at no cost to you.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
Contact us within 48 hours at laknco1@gmail.com. We will arrange collection and despatch of the correct item at our expense.
SALE ITEMS
In accordance with UK consumer law, items purchased on sale retain the same statutory return rights as full-price items. You have a minimum 14-day right of cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 regardless of sale status.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned unless faulty: opened or used fragrances, items without original packaging, and personalised gift items.
